Rules for using REAL NOW

1. Acceptance

By using REAL NOW you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the service

REAL NOW is an intelligence and analytics platform for the real estate market. Aggregated information (prices, zones, trends, neighborhood) is based on public listings data and third-party providers. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, insurance or investment advice.

3. Data and accuracy

Although we make reasonable efforts, data may contain errors or be outdated. Before purchase, sale or investment decisions, verify with the broker, property registry and authorities. REAL NOW does not guarantee absolute accuracy of geographic zones, displayed prices, or coverage of news events.

4. Accounts and plans

  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password.
  • One account = one person / entity. Duplicate accounts may be canceled.
  • Paid plans (PRO, ENTERPRISE) are billed as indicated on /pricing. Cancel anytime; no partial refunds for the current period.

5. Brokers

  • To list properties you must apply as a broker and pass verification. Falsifying identity or information leads to immediate suspension.
  • You are responsible for the truthfulness of your listings (price, location, photos, amenities). Misleading listings will be rejected.
  • You may only list properties you have legitimate authorization to represent.
  • Photos must be original or licensed; do not copy from other listings.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Mass-scrape, reverse-engineer or redistribute the data without an ENTERPRISE contract.
  • Impersonate other brokers or create fake accounts.
  • Upload illegal, offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Use the service to send spam, real estate fraud or phishing schemes.

7. Intellectual property

The code, design, brand and content of REAL NOW are owned by the operator. Your content (broker listings, uploaded photos) remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time by writing to hola@armku.us.

9. Limitation of liability

REAL NOW is delivered as is. REAL NOW is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from use of the published information. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Disputes are resolved in competent courts of Guatemala City.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified at least 14 days in advance.
