Questions before subscribing?
Where does the data come from?
We aggregate public sources — published listings, public registries and official statistics — across 8 countries. The pipeline runs every night, cross-checks sources to remove duplicates and keeps the history for statistical analysis. We do not publish individual listings — only aggregates.
What is the difference between a portal average and REAL NOW medians?
Simple averages are misleading: a mansion in Zone 14 inflates the entire zone average. The median is more honest. REAL NOW uses median + IQR + P10/P90 percentiles so you see the real price range, not a number that distorts reality.
How do briefing quotas work?
Each plan has a monthly quota: Free 2 zone briefings (1 without an account), PRO 20 zone + 5 property, Enterprise 60 zone + 20 property. Over the quota you can buy extra briefings by card: $5 zone · $10 property on Free, $3 · $5 on PRO and Enterprise. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month.
Can I cancel PRO anytime?
Yes. No minimum contract or penalty. Monthly billing, cancel from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Stripe: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Billed in USD.
How are sales estimated?
They are estimated sales, not registered closings. We follow every sale listing day by day; when one leaves the published supply we look for evidence of why: if the source marks it sold it counts as 1; if we confirmed the listing is gone it counts as 0.5 (an estimated chance that it sold rather than being withdrawn); if it only stopped appearing on a portal that removes listings, it counts by the measured probability that it really left. Prices are the last list price we saw, not the closing price. Methodology
What if my zone of interest is not covered?
We cover 8 countries (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Belize, Dominican Republic, Panama, Brazil): more than 1,600 zones and more than 89,000 listings currently on the market. Mexico is on the roadmap. Enterprise clients can prioritize specific geographic coverage.
Is REAL NOW a real estate broker?
No. We are an intelligence and data platform, not a marketplace: we do not facilitate transactions or take commission. You see the data and make your own decision.
Can you integrate the API with my internal system?
Yes. Enterprise includes the documented REST API (/api/v1/docs) with your own keys, up to 1,000 requests per hour: zones, zone detail, AI briefings and amenities. Technical onboarding is included. Talk to sales for integration cases (brokerage CRMs, bank appraisal models, internal dashboards).
