Questions before subscribing?

Where does the data come from?

We aggregate boletines, public registries and editorial sources across 7 LATAM countries (real estate signal feeds + construction-license public data). The pipeline runs daily, cross-checks sources to dedupe, and history is stored in PostgreSQL for real statistical analysis. We do not expose raw listings publicly — only aggregates.

What is the difference between a portal average and REAL NOW medians?

Simple averages are misleading: a mansion in Zone 14 inflates the entire zone average. The median is more honest. REAL NOW uses median + IQR + P10/P90 percentiles so you see the real price range, not a number that distorts reality.

How do briefing quotas work?

Each plan has a monthly quota. Free includes 2 zone briefings/month, PRO includes 20 zone + 5 property briefings/month, Enterprise is unlimited. If you need more on Free or PRO, you can buy extras via Recurrente: $5/$3 zone, $10/$5 property (cheaper on PRO). Quotas reset on the 1st of each month.

Can I cancel PRO anytime?

Yes. No minimum contract or penalty. Monthly billing, cancel from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Recurrente (LATAM gateway): credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer and other local methods. Enterprise billed in Quetzales by default; international clients may request invoicing in USD.

How are "probable sales" detected?

We track each listing weekly through its lifecycle. When a property disappears from sources that retire inventory without appearing on others, we mark it "probably sold". It is a proxy — it does not replace a public deed registry — but it is the closest available indicator of transactional activity in LATAM today.

What if my zone of interest is not covered?

We cover 7 LATAM countries (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Belize, Dominican Republic, Panama) with 196+ curated zones and ~80,000+ active listings. Mexico is on the roadmap. Enterprise clients can prioritize specific geographic coverage.

Is REAL NOW a real estate broker?

No. We are an intelligence and data platform — analytics-first, not a marketplace. We do not facilitate transactions or take commission. You see the data, make your decision, and contact the agent directly.

Can you integrate the API with my internal system?

Yes — the documented REST API ships with Enterprise. It includes endpoints for aggregated listings, AI briefings, market snapshots and bulk exports. Technical onboarding included in the plan. Talk to sales for integration cases (brokerage CRMs, bank appraisal models, internal dashboards).
